The classic shim sham swing dance routine by our local lindy hoppers!
This was actually a dry run for an upcoming public performance for increasing awareness of lindy hop in Singapore. Originally shot to get a license to do the busking, I found there was enough footage to cut a video together (and also my first project to grade in DaVinci Resolve).
Thanks to Pauline for organising this event and kudos to my fellow dancers who only had one short rehearsal session the week prior to this! To find out more about the Singapore lindy hop scene but not sure where to start, check out facebook.com/groups/2377318814
It was also a pleasure to finally meet the local swing band Steamed Eggs & Ginger (who are also swing dancers themselves) and witness the interaction between the dancers and their music. You can check out their page at facebook.com/SteamedEggsAndGinger
